PASTOR JOHN MUTURI

Pastor John Muturi is a distinguished leader and an anointed Servant of the Lord. He has been described as a man of prayer and faith who has a passion after God’s own heart. His incredible journey as a born-again Christian began in the most unexpected of places…a bank on June 25th, 1986. The Lord met him at a time when the last thing on his mind was God, but the Lord had other plans. Since then, God has opened doors for him to proclaim the gospel in numerous nations like Kenya, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and now the United States. He has also initiated Christian fellowships while he was in Europe and Africa as well has served as an Elder and Deacon before he became Pastor at ETRM. His heart’s desire is to see the lives of people transformed into the likeness of Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit through prayer and the unchangeable word of God.

Pastor Muturi has a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Salford, Manchester U.K. After further post graduate studies in his field, he felt led to pursue Biblical studies from the In Christ Bible College, Washington and graduated in 2001. After graduating from the Bible college, he was called to the ministry and was then ordained as a minister of the gospel. After two years of serving under Bishop Shelton Bady, Pastor Muturi heeded to the word of the Lord and founded the End Time Revival Ministry (ETRM) with the blessing and support of his family and spiritual mentors.

He is happily married to his wife Catherine and they are blessed with three sons, Peter, James, and Tony. Their passion for the Lord and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives is undeniable. Together as a family, the Muturi’s have dedicated their lives to the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ at ETRM and beyond.
